Tanger Med Passengers port continues to strengthen its service offer in order to make the travel experience for passengers more fluid and pleasant.
As such, a new digital solution has been added to the services already available both from the website and the mobile application.
The solution allows passengers departing from the Tanger Med port, to check in online and automatically generate the boarding card in a few seconds to directly access border formalities.

How to register online?

Go to the Port Tanger Med Passagers website or download the mobile application from GOOGLE PLAY or APPLE STORE.
On the homepage, click on “Online check-in”. Next, select your shipping company and your travel date.

Second step, fill in the reservation number or your ticket number, without spaces between the numbers and letters, as well as your name or your vehicle registration number.
Then click on “Search”.

Third step, complete your personal information by adding your valid email address and phone number to be able to receive your electronic boarding pass.

Last step, confirm the details of your trip by clicking on "Issue boarding cards" to generate the boarding card.

You will receive an SMS and an e-mail with the link to download your boarding pass which you can present on your phone on the day of your trip.

What is a boarding pass?

A boarding pass is a document that you must present in order to pass border formalities and board the boat.

When and how do I get my boarding pass?

How to get your boarding pass? It's very simple, log on to our website or mobile application and follow the registration steps. You can also register alone or in a group.

From when can a boarding pass be obtained? The generation of the boarding pass is conditioned by the purchase of a boat ticket from your shipping company, obtaining its reservation number and the choice of your departure date from Tanger Med.
The choice of date mainly depends on the transport capacity available to your shipping company. Please also note that check-in will be closed one hour before the scheduled departure time.

Are my personal data protected?

In Morocco, the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) was created by Law No. 09-08 of February 18, 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

It is responsible for verifying that the processing of personal data is lawful, legal and that it does not infringe privacy, freedoms and fundamental human rights.

How do I download a mobile boarding pass?

To download your boarding pass, you must first check in online. Here are the steps to follow :

Access the website www.tangermed-passagers.ma or the passenger port mobile application available on Google Play and Apple Store.
Enter your reservation number, select the passengers you want to check in and the available date of your departure from Tanger Med Passagers.
Warning ! After check-in, you can no longer make any changes to your reservation, nor cancel or change it.
Download the boarding pass via the link that appears on your screen or from the link sent by e-mail and SMS.

How should I use my mobile boarding pass at the Tanger Med Passagers port ?

Download the boarding pass to your mobile and present it when passing through the various port checkpoints. If you are a group, ensure that each passenger will have their own boarding pass.
